he Jeronimos Monastery is the most impressive symbol of Portugal's power and wealth during the Age of Discovery. King Manuel I built it in 1502 on the site of a hermitage founded by Prince Henry the Navigator, where Vasco da Gama and his crew spent their last night in Portugal in prayer before leaving for India. It was built to commemorate Vasco Da Gama's voyage and to give thanks to the Virgin Mary for its success.

I'm a Photographer inspired by Nature and the Magic of light. With a background in Art Studies and Magic as a Performing Art, most of my works are influenced by mystery and dynamics, such as Humankind and Nature... Time and Space... Photography is such a fascinating endeavor, in a way it can portrait a great array of feelings, memories and symbolism from a moment captured in a split of a second, it's like a reminder for us to pause, to observe and to experience in our current high-paced era.
